How to forget the past, live in the present and Not to think about future!!

Dwelling on the past or focusing on the future can make you lose sight of your present life. This can make your life quickly pass you by without enjoyment of the present. If you find yourself focusing too much on past events or trauma, or worrying about the future, there are some methods that can help you learn to live for today.

1.) Forgive and forget

Image titled Forget the Past, Live in the Present and Not Think About the Future Step 2

Focusing on who to blame for past hurts can spoil the present. Instead of dwelling on who has caused you pain, forgive them. Focus on present events and leave behind any blame or hurt your feel. If there is someone in your past that has hurt you, choose to forgive and forget. Festering in the pain doesn’t harm the person who hurt you and will cause you to stay in the past.

2.) Block your memories

Image titled Forget the Past, Live in the Present and Not Think About the Future Step 4

IF all attempts haven’t worked, try blocking or pushing aside your memories. This can help you get over bad memories with enough time. Plus, pushing the bad memories far enough into the back of your mind will help them bother you less. Envision yourself pushing the worries behind a door and locking it. Giving yourself a mental image will help, especially if th memories or worries are strong.

3.) Seek help from a mental health professional

Image titled Forget the Past, Live in the Present and Not Think About the Future Step 8

Many people in the society thinks if somebody consults a psychologist.. He/she is mad. But that’s not true. Look for a counsellor or program that specialises in trauma. You are in charge of your recovery and how and when it will take place. However you decide to pursue treatment, your program should offer these essential things. i.e. Empowerment, Validation, connection.

4.) Confide in someone you trust

Image titled Forget the Past, Live in the Present and Not Think About the Future Step 9

Talking about what happened to you is an important part of healing. Choose someone patient, kind and someone who knows that what happened to you is serious. Someone who responds with things like “just don’t think about it anymore’, “forgive and forget” or “that’s not so bad” is not an appropriate person to talk to.

5.) Change your routine

Image titled Forget the Past, Live in the Present and Not Think About the Future Step 13

One way you can get stuck in the past without knowing it is to get stuck in a routine. May be you do the same thing the same way every day or at the same time every week. While routine can be comforting, it can make you feel stuck and forget about the present all together. Instead, change up your routine. Walk a different way to the bus stop or drive a different way to work.

President : The Supreme Powerman!!!!

The BJP has formed a three member committee- consisting of senior cabinet ministers, Rajnath Singh, Arun Jaitley and M. Venkaiah Naidu- to examine the possibility of a consensus candidate for the President of India. This marks a moral victory for the ruling party against forces in the opposition, which include political parties and the predominantly “left-liberal” intelligentsia. Their quest for a presidential nominee is not based on the moral significance of this august office, but rather on vendetta politics. It is no secret that they see the presidential election as an opportunity to “Fix” both Narendra Modi and Hindutva politics.

On June19,2017, BJP President Amit Shah declared Ramnath Kovind as  the NDA candidates for the post of President. He is a former President of the BJP Dalit Morcha and President of the all India Koli Samaj. He also served as national spokesperson of the party. From IIT Delhi To FLIPKART!! Monday, June 19, 2017 8:15 AM

INTRODUCTION

A quick look into any success story shows a path breaking idea at the heart of the tale. Flipkart is no exception. Is is not the idea itself but  the conviction to convert ideas into action and actions into results is what defines a true success story. Measured by that yardstick, Flipkart has been a hugely successful.

flipkart

Back in 2007, when Flipkart was launched, Indian E-commerce industry was taking its beginner steps. The company is reregistered in Singapore, but their headquarters are in the city of Bangalore, India.

FOUNDERS

Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal, who were working for AMAZON.com had an idea to start an e-commerce company in India. Both of them are alumni of IIT, Delhi and  are native of Chandigarh, India. They left their jobs in Amazon to start their own business.

One can easily call that a risky move. In a country where people have various tastes and preferences, an e-commerce start-up will always have enormous challenges. In India, people often prefer to shop in person and buy goods they see and like. Today, thanks to Flipkart, E-commerce has become one of the fastest growing sectors in India.

#Sachin Bansal

Sachin Bansal( born 5 august 1981) is an Indian Software engineer and Internet entrepreneur known for Co-founding India’s e-commerce platform Flipkart. Sachin is from Chandigarh and is an engineering graduate from IIT, Delhi.

#Binny Bansal

Binny Bansal is an Indian software engineer and Internet entrepreneur. IN 2007, he co-founded the e-commerce platform Flipkart with Sachin Bansal and was serving as the Chief Operating Officer until January11, 2016 and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. IN January 2017, he was promoted to Group CEO of Flipkart. Binny is from Chandigarh from IIT, Delhi with a degree in computer science and Engineering.

HOW IT STARTED

Flipkart began selling books to begin with. It soon expanded and began offering a wide variety of goods. Innovative right from the start. Flipkart has been home to few of the striking features of indian e-commerce.

FUNDING HISTORY

In the first few years of its existence, Flipkart raises fund through Venture capital funding. As the company grew in stature, more funding arrived. Flipkart repaid the investors faith with terrific performances year after year. In the Financial year 2008-09, Flipkart has made sales to the tune of 40million Indian rupees. This soon increased to 200 million Indian rupees the following years.

Their last round of Fundraising had increased their value to $15 billion, however, as of February 2016, according to Morgan Stanley their estimated value stands at $11 billion.

EVOLUTION

Back at the time when Flipkart was launched, any e-commerce company faced two major difficulties. One was the problem of online payment gateways. Not many people preferred online payment and the gateways were not easy to set up. Flipkart tackle this problem by introducing Cash on delivery in addition to others. Flipkart was the first to implement the popular “Cash on delivery” facility, which every online shopping website in India offers as an option today.

The second problem was the entirely supply chain system. Delivering goods on time is one of the most important factor that determines the success of an e-commerce company. Flipkart addressed this issue by launching their iwn supply chain management system to deliver orders in a timely fashion.

ACQUISITIONS

Flipkart also acquired few companies like Myntra.com, letsbuy.com etc, to better their presence in the market. With the entry of Amazon.com in India, the competition between the companies has seen many takeovers. Flipkart’s journey from a small book e-retailer to India’s largest e-commerce platform inspires a generation of start ups. IN a country where stereotypes are common, Flipkart managed to break the norm and change the e-commerce industry in India for ever.
